How much space is required for the stage setup?
We recommend allowing at least 10m x 8m of clear space to safely position and operate the stage, including access for steps and crew.
How early do you arrive before the event?
Our team typically arrives 2-3 hours before your required ready time, depending on access and add-ons.
Can the stage be set up the day before the event?
Yes — we can setup earlier and is often recommended for larger events or tight schedules. Additional hire charges may apply.
What happens during pack-down?
Our crew will return after your event to safely dismantle and remove the stage. Pack-down usually takes up to 2 hours depending on the packages provided.
What happens in bad weather?
The stage can operate in light rain, but severe weather or high winds may require temporary suspension for safety. We monitor conditions and advise accordingly. If a weather warning is issued before the event, we will liaise with you whether we'll be able to safely provide a stage for the event.
Do you provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)?
Yes — we can supply RAMS on request for event organisers and local authorities.
Do you provide public liability insurance?
Yes — full insurance documentation is available upon request.
Can you provide generators?
Yes — we can supply generators if mains power is not available. Please contact us for a quote.
How much power is required for sound and lighting?
Power requirements vary depending on the package. We’ll advise based on your setup during booking. Usually, we do not require more than 63A Single Phase.
Can multiple acts use the same setup?
Yes — our systems can be configured for multiple performers, bands, or speakers throughout the day. We can work with you to advise suitable timings for changing between acts.
How many people can fit on the stage?
This depends on the setup, but the stage comfortably accommodates small to medium bands, choirs, and performance groups.
Can DJs perform on the stage?
Yes — the stage is ideal for DJs, including space for decks, lighting, and speakers. We have several DJ Booths available for hire.
Are there any restrictions on what can be used on stage?
For safety, some items (e.g. pyrotechnics, heavy equipment) may require prior approval.
Can the stage be installed on grass or uneven ground?
Yes — provided the ground is firm and reasonably level. We’ll assess suitability during booking.
What if access is limited?
Let us know in advance — we can often work around access challenges or suggest solutions. If your not sure, we can attend or carry out a video call to go over the details.
Do you cover events outside your local area?
Yes — we can travel beyond our standard radius.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak summer events. Even if the equipment is showing as available on our website, that may not include the team to provide the equipment. At the same time, we're also may be able to provide last minute events.
What deposit is required to secure a booking?
A deposit is typically required to confirm your date, with the balance due before the event.
What is your cancellation policy?

Can you provide full event production?
Yes — we offer staging, sound, lighting, and an experienced crew for a complete event solution.
Can branding or banners be added to the stage?
Yes — we can advise on branding options for corporate or sponsored events.
Do you offer lighting for evening events?
Yes — we highly recommend our performance lighting package for evening or live music events. As well as site lighting to provide the full experience for the event.
Do I need crew to run sound and lighting?
For simple events, you may not, but for live music or larger setups, we strongly recommend a technician.
